YOUTH PROGRAMMING

 

Let your child explore his or her creativity through our imaginative, exciting classes.

Kids can also learn to be safe at home and learn skills like babysitting.

 


 

GIRLS ROCK (Ongoing Program)

To provide female identifying and non-binary youth a safe space to learn, grow, and have fun! We encourage our participants to engage in activities that will foster leadership skills, self-worth, healthy relationships, and so much more.

 

Ages 10+     Thursdays | 5:30-6:30pm

Ages 7-9      Thursdays | 6:30-7:30pm

Members: FREE | Non-Members: $25/Month

*20% off per additional child

 

 

GO GIRL (Ongoing Program)

 

The mission of The GO GIRL Program is to enhance the quality of life among girls ranging from 7th-12th grade in Oswego County. The program aims to empower girls with the skills and resources needed to make healthy decisions regarding their overall well-being. Collaboration with SUNY Oswego and G. Ray Bodley High School.

 

Grades 7-12 | Thursdays | 3:00-4:00pm

GIRLS ROCK WORKSHOP

 

Thursday, February 23 | Ages 7+ | 9:00am-2:00pm

 

Join us for a workshop all about healthy friendships! We will talk about how to be a good friend, how to recognize healthy and unhealthy relationships, and how to work together despite our differences!

FREE BABYSITTING COURSE at the FULTON FAMILY FUN DAY (FJHS)

 

Saturday, March 18 | Ages 11-17 | 9:15-11:15am

 

Come learn the basics of babysitting at the Fulton Jr High! This course will cover fundamental child development, first-aid basics, kid-safe activities, and more!

KIDS IN THE KITCHEN

 

Friday, March 10

Ages 3-7 | 5:00-6:00pm

Ages 8+ | 6:30-7:30pm

 

Learn how to make a yummy snack from scratch! We will be making breakfast for dinner (mini pancakes, sausage links, and orange juice).

 

Members: $10/First Child | $5/Additional Child

STAYING HOME ALONE COURSE

 

Saturday, March 25 | Ages 8-12 | 9:00-11:00am

 

Learn how to stay home safely and responsibly! This course covers staying home alone do’s and don’ts, basic first aid, and parental expectations. Each participant will receive a take-home folder with information.

 

Members: $25/Child | Non-Members: $35/Child
