We offer a variety of free Group Exercise Classes weekly for our Y members. There is something for everyone, through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. Group Exercise is the perfect fit for someone who enjoys the encouragement of instructors and classmates. Join us!

Frequently Asked Questions

Any individual who has a Fulton Family YMCA membership is able to attend group exercise classes at our facility, as a member benefit.

Yes! Your first class is always free, with a drop-in fee of $5/class after that.

If you have questions regarding a specific class, please reach out to our Health & Wellness Director at tolin@fultonfamilyymca.org. Also, if you are at the YMCA when the class is scheduled, feel free to stop in before or after the class to speak with the instructor about any questions you may have. They will be happy to assist you.
