Free Group Fitness Classes With Membership

We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes at the Y that are FREE with your membership! Our Group Fitness Schedule is packed with Dance Fitness, Total Body and Strength Training sessions, Yoga, Zumba, and more! Class schedules can be found here on our website, as well as on our social media and in the lobby of our Welcome Center. Not a member? Our drop-in fee is just $5/Class (first class is always FREE).

Mind Body Classes – Nurture the mind-body connection. Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.

Enjoy a Complete Workout Experience in our Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center is outfitted with all the essentials for a comprehensive workout.

  • Precor Cardio Equipment – Treadmills, Recumbent Bikes, Ellipticals, AMT, Stair Climbers, Rowing Machine, Expresso Bikes, Cycling Bikes
  • HOIST Strength Training Equipment – 14 Machines
  • Free Weight Area – All size weights up to 150 pounds, Crossover Cable, Benches, Squat Rack, Selectorized Equipment, Smith Machine

Schedule a personal orientation with one of our Fitness Floor Staff to learn how to properly navigate our Fitness Center and how to adjust the machines to your individual needs. This is highly recommended for new and returning members. Please come prepared to workout and learn! We prefer you wear gym clothes, clean sneakers, and bring a bottle of water. Pre-Teen Fitness (Ages 8-10)

Youth ages 8-10 are welcome to use our Fitness Center cardio equipment during family wellness hours, under parent/guardian supervision. Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times and parents/guardians must use the adjacent cardio machine. For safety reasons, youth may use cardio machines only. Create healthy habits and enjoy some quality time as a family.

Teen Fitness Orientation (Ages 11-13)

All teens interested in using cardio or circuit training machines must complete an orientation with one of our Fitness Floor Staff. Upon completion of their orientation, the teen will be able to work out independently. If the teen does not complete an orientation, they will be able to use cardio machines ONLY. Please register at our Welcome Center for an orientation.

Family After-Hours (Ages 14-17)

Family After-Hours are for families to stay active together throughout the week and weekends. Family After-Hours are designated times where youth, ages 14-17, can utilize the Fitness Center and Basketball Courts during non-operational hours with a parent/guardian. To use the Family After-Hours, parents/guardians must sign a waiver, and agree to be with their child during the duration of their stay. A fob will also need to be purchased for facility access during these hours.

Active Older Adults

Live healthy, live happy, make connections. The YMCA Active Older Adult (AOA) program is designed to improve quality of life through fitness classes and social opportunities, created for our older adult members. A stronger mind & body, learn skills, and gain confidence

Embark on a journey of discipline and self-discovery with our Shorin Ryu Karate classes. Learn traditional martial arts techniques while improving physical fitness, coordination, and mental focus. We offer classes for all ages and skill levels. Join us and develop confidence, strength, and a deeper appreciation of martial arts philosophy. We offer different payment structures, including daily. Tiny Tots Karate (Ages 4-6)
This program teaches preliminary fundamentals of the practice.
