Preschool Program
At the Y, we believe strengthening community starts with helping kids reach their potential. That’s why our Preschool program helps children develop the building blocks they need to thrive in kindergarten. Our kids develop positive attitudes toward making friends, learning new things, and staying healthy. They have fun as they learn, grow, and thrive! The annual Preschool fee is divided into 10 monthly payments for convenience, and there are no pro rates.

Children must be age 3 by September 11, 2024. The primary goal of this program includes (but is not limited to): socialization, cooperation, perpetual skills, name, color, and shape recognition, numbers 1-10, and development of large and small motor skills.
Activities include calendar time, weather, songs, stories, sensory activities, swim and gym time. Class size is limited to 12 children.
UPK Education
Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) is a state-funded program that is available to families that reside in the Fulton City School District at no cost. The district partners with the Fulton Family YMCA for its UPK program. A child is eligible for the program if they turn 4 years old on or before December 1st of the registration year.
The program requires that students be registered with the district in advance. You can find information on registering your child for UPK here: FCSD Student Registration
Kids Club
Kids Club provides quality drop-in child care for your children, 6 weeks through 10 years old, while you use the YMCA. Whether you’re using our Fitness Center, taking a Group Fitness class, unwinding in the sauna, or reading a book in the lobby, our well-trained Kids Club staff are here to provide a fun, safe environment for your children.
School Age Child Care (SACC)
We offer licensed before and after school programs for UPK-6 in the Fulton City School District. Our Before and After School programs reinforce positive values in a caring atmosphere, with activities intentionally designed to help kids make friends and grow stronger in mind, body, and spirit.
