The Imagination Club – Homeschool Art Program
Tuesdays, September – June

The Imagination Club is a place for exploring art materials, developing skills, and learning about techniques. This program is facilitated by retired NYS Art teacher Melissa DeStevens Valenzuela, and her daughter, Maria. Classes are held on Tuesday afternoons through June, with monthly themes.

Join us at the Y for a celebration of the Lunar New Year! 2025 is the year of the snake. At this drop-off program, we’ll create snake themed crafts and enjoy snacks that symbolize good luck, happiness, and wealth.

Babysitting Course

A comprehensive instructional course on the fundamentals of babysitting, designed to cover topics such as understanding age-specific behaviors, handling emergency situations, navigating parent expectations, and practicing through role-playing scenarios. Each participant will receive a babysitting handbook, a tote bag of activities, and a certificate of completion. Please note that this course does not include CPR or First Aid training.
