This program offers a safe, inclusive space for girls, female-identifying, and gender-expansive youth, to learn, grow, and have fun! We encourage participants to engage in activities that foster leadership skills, self-worth, healthy relationships, and more!

Our Girls Rock Welcome Night is the perfect opportunity for youth and parents/guardians to come see what the program is all about! Learn about our mission to empower and inspire young girls in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is a FREE event, open to previous and new Girls Rock participants.

Ages 12-15 Welcome!
Teen Girls Rock provides a safe, inclusive space for girls, female-identifying, and gender-expansive youth ages 12–15 to learn, grow, and have fun! Building on our young Girls Rock program, it focuses on age-appropriate topics like puberty, relationships, body image, and self-love—while empowering participants to use their voices and support one another. Designed with input from current Girls Rock members, the program is shaped by youth, for youth.
