Our Personal Training programs are designed and administered on an individual or group basis by Certified Fitness Professionals. Experience the power of Y training and support. We offer a variety of Personal Training packages and pricing options. Call or visit our Welcome Center to set up a consultation with one of our Personal Training staff members. They can assist you in choosing the right package to meet your needs.
Come experience the benefits of personal training with the support of a small group. This is a 6-week introduction to weight training. Participants will be educated on proper form and technique, as well as the many benefits of strength training for women. The class meets for one hour, two days per week. Limited to 5 participants per session. Please call or visit our Welcome Center for registration.
