  SWIMMING 

Swimming at the Y helps people thrive—in and out of the water. Swim lessons provide kids and teens with the opportunity to set goals and achieve success, learn water safety and enjoy swimming as a form of exercise. Through swimming lessons, swim team, lap swimming and more, the Fulton Family YMCA provides a safe environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

 

 

 

 SWIM LESSONS

 The Y strives to help all ages learn how to swim, so they can stay safe around water and learn the skills needed to make   swimming a lifelong pursuit for healthy living.

 WATER EXERCISE 

 Water Exercise classes combine a light to moderate aerobic workout with exercises in shallow water to help increase           endurance, core strength and flexibility. There is limited use of equipment.

 OPEN/LAP SWIM 

 During scheduled Open Swim times, the pool is available for members who wish to participate in non-lap swim activities, as     well as to relax and enjoy our pool. It   is a great time to work out independently or have family time to play together in   the     pool. Children under 10 must be accompanied in the water by an adult.

 

 Lap Swim registration is required. Registration can be done by contacting the YMCA at 315-598-9622.
